Jet Set Penny (JSP) compares the prices of various airline/hotel reservation sites and helps you find the lowest price. The actual reservation will have to be made with the airline/hotel or travel agent you have selected.

So JSP is not involved in the reservation and payment. Only the airline/hotel or travel agency that issued your ticket can verify your reservation information, which means that JSP has no way of verifying your reservation information.

If you have any inquiries about changes to or cancellations of your reservation, please contact the customer service department of the airline/hotel or travel agency where you booked.

If you can’t remember which reservation site you booked from, checkout your payment details in your email. Or check your credit card statement to see who charged your card.

The star ratings are calculated using a complex algorithm which considers several factors mentioned above. We cannot change their ratings.
